Purpose : This study was to contribute to the establishment of a worker 's obesity management base by analyzing the factors affecting the obesity of the workers by gender by using the National Health and Nutrition Survey data. Methods : The data collected in this study used the SPSS 21.0 program and analyzed through chi-square test and multiple regression analysis. Results : Factors related to male obesity were employment type, working hours, alcohol and exercise, and factors related to female obesity were income and education levels. Conclusion : In order to lower the obesity of male workers, it is necessary to provide education for improvement of health behavior and to provide obesity management program for workers with irregular or long working hours, workers who have a high frequency of drinking or do not exercise. In order to lower the obesity of female workers, it is necessary to provide a customized obesity management program such as educating workers who have low income level or education level through counseling and education of practicable obesity management methods in the condition of the subject.
