Purpose : This study was conducted to measure the knowledge, attitude, and practice on occupational safety & health and the analysis factors influencing them among vocational teachers working in vocational high schools in Seoul. Methods : The survey responses of 143 participants were used for the final estimate. The questionnaire consisted of questions about general and occupational characteristics as well as knowledge, attitude, and practices on occupational safety & health. Results : Factor influencing occupational safety & health knowledge was the attendance occupational safety & health seminar, Factors influencing occupational safety & health attitude were the work experience in the vocational high school and having regular breakfast meals. Factors influencing occupational safety & health practices were the attendance occupational safety & health seminar, the higher knowledge and attitude scores and female. Conclusions : Providing multiple opportunities to attend various seminars and developing educational contents about the occupational safety & health are of importance to prevent occupational disease and improve health for vocational high school teachers.
